Founded in 2010, NEOLF has equipped over 100 NEO leaders who participated in Lifework Leadership. Lifework Leadership was a half-day, 9-month transformational program, taught by national and local speakers, showing leaders how to integrate their Christian worldview and related biblical leadership principles across their personal, family, and marketplace domains.

Pre-COVID 19, NEOLF partnered with Convoy of Hope to host a community outreach serving 5,000+ who attended, while engaging 1,000+ volunteers and 100+ service organizations.

In seeking out best practices, NEOLF aligned itself with the faith-based Leadership Foundations, which oversees and supports a global network of over 40 Local Leadership Foundations (LLFs) serving cities worldwide.

After a Board Retreat in 2020, a search was started to hire a full time President for the organization. Dan Colantone started as the President, on April 1st, 2021.
